Code 303 noted on Routine inspection # DWAG-CJHU7L of Sep-22-2022 Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)] Observation: Hot and cold water provided at the 3 compartment sink and the hand washing station were not adequate. Sinks only able to provide either hot or cold water at a time and must manually switch in between them at a valve under the 3 compartment sink. Correction: Upgrade the plumbing to ensure both hot and cold water are provided at the same time at the 3 compartment sink and hand washing station. Correct by: Immediately.
