Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: No paper towels at the main handwashing station in kitchen. Paper towels were replenished at this time.

*Bar handwashing station missing paper towels and liquid soap.
Correction: Ensure all handwashing stations are adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water at all times.

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Low temperature glasswasher at the bar dispensing 0ppm. Sanitizer was connected properly and priming the tube did not help the situation. Glasswasher not to be in use until the next event.
Correction: Ensure to have the glasswasher repaired, so that minimum required level of 50ppm chlorine is achieved at the glass level after final rinse. Contact the health inspector to notify.

Observation: Drink dispensing gun/holder require cleaning.
Correction: Ensure these are cleaned and sanitized after each operation.
Comments

Follow-up inspection conducted:

-Glasswasher at the bar still to be repaired. Technician is coming today. OK.
NOTE: Glasswasher not to be in use until repaired.
-High temperature dishwasher in kitchen achieved 73'C at the plate level after final rinse.
NOTE: For this particular dishwasher, ensure to wait until the final rinse temperature at manifold is at least 90'C before putting in the first load.
-Drink dispensing gun/holder washed/sanitized after the routine inspection. OK.
NOTE: Ensure to have these washed/sanitized by soaking in 200ppm chlorine solution after each operation.
-Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.

Follow-up inspection for the glasswasher only will be conducted tomorrow.

Another follow-up inspection will be conducted on Monday, July 29, 2019, as discussed during the routine inspection. All infractions observed during the routine inspection MUST be in compliance by this follow-up inspection. Refer to the report CPAK-BE5REC. It is operator's responsibility to have the inspection report fully read and explained to the staff. Failure to comply may result in further enforcement action(s) - correction Order.
