- No foods are made on-site. Foods (pepperoni, pizza etc) are supplied from off-site and re-heated.

- Monitoring of iodine concentration is in place

- Re-bottling procedure was discussed (customers bring in the cleaned bottles that were sold at the facility, the bottles are visually inspected and rinsed at the facility, the spouts that come into contact with the customers' bottles are washed & sanitized)
- Cleaning and sanitizing of kegs, hoses and other utensils were discussed (cleaner & sanitizer solution used as per manufacturer's instructions)
