-front area undercounter cooler measured 13C ambient temperature, cooler contents measured 13C internal (sliced banana peppers, cooked egg patties)
-walk-in cooler unit measured 6C ambient temperature
Correction: Cooked egg patties discarded. do not use the front of house undercounter cooler until it is repaired.
Walk-in cooler to be repaired within 36 hours.
