All outstanding items from previous inspection have been corrected. Equipment (air fryer, etc.) removed from premises. Operator is looking into obtaining commercial greaseless air fryer. Food Safety Plan submitted but Sanitation Plan still in the works. Food menu has been removed and no food preparation done until health approval given. Operator to submit equipment spec and Sanitation Plan for review and approval. back storage area and back kitchen area organized and cleaned. Thank you for your effort and cooperation.
