*Met with Mark, Sprangers owner of the properly and he explained that the holding tank had some changes (storm water is separate from the holding tank now and this water used for irrigating the farm. To be corrected by one month. *Update done on the separate gray water and storm → Please updated information for the filing. *Record on maintenance & haul schedule (after opening). Met with owner at the facility and discussed the following: -Please ensure that all contacts (wood exposed) are protected and easy-to-clean. - mop sink need to be connected → as soon as possible -Daily logs/pest control/ → in place -Labels: date packaging is missing -Ensure that re-call procedures in place.
