- Handwash station in prep area and dishwashing area is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap & single use paper towels.
- Walk-in cooler and upright storage cooler measured at less than 4 deg C.
- Walk-in freezer & chest freezer are measured at -18 deg C.
- Accurate thermometers are available in all coolers & freezers.
- Dry storage of food in separate storage room is satisfactory/well organized.
- Dishwasher is measured at 76.9 deg C during final rinse at dish level.
- Equipment/utensils stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection.
- Food contact surface sanitizer is measured at 200ppm quats solution. Test strips available to check concentrations.

- Ice maker - clean; an ice-scoop is stored safely at the time of inspection.
- Pest control measures are in place. No evidence of pest activity is noted. Traps are set.
