Met with owner and he completed the Food Safe training on July 12, 2018. He also submitted the following: - copy of the cleaning /sanitation procedure ( ensure to have a checklists ) - food safety plans ( discuss it and please complete the fs plan for all food items ) - trans fats ( keep the labells ) NOTE: approved floor plan to be mailed to owner.
