Premises maintained in sanitary condition Hot & cold running water supplied to sink.
* liquid soap + paper towel present at handsinks
* Coolers were operating at 4 degrees C or colder and supplied with thermometers
* Freezers were maintaining products in a frozen state
* High temperature dishwasher was operational and met required temperature to sanitize dishes (71 degrees C or higher at dish surface). Temp measured at dish surface: 75.9 degrees C
* Bleach sanitizer solution (200 ppm chlorine) present for use on food contact surfaces counters + customer tables + Obtain chlorine test strips
* Food prodcuts were stored in a manner to prevent contamination
* No signs of pest infestation were noted at the time of inspection.
* Pest control contract in place with monthly service. Keep copy of service reports on-site and provide to EHO upon request.
* Foodsafe requirement met at time of inspection.
