Spray bottle 500 + ppm. Sink at 200 ppm All quats. Corrective Action(s): Make sure to properly dose bucket and spray bottle. Recommend using the sink system to directly fill spray bottle and sani-bucket, as this is a known and working method. Violation Score: 5

Paper towel roll empty in mens washroom. Employees washroom ok. Replaced. Fruit freezer #2 at - 5 C. Freezer #1 at 0 C Walk-in freezer at -15 C Fridge 1 at 4 C. **Fridge 2 at 6.2 C. Adjusted dial to colder (4 to 6) and waited ten minutes to check again. Diplay sandwich cooler at 2 C.
