Observation: Wall tile to left of dishwasher is missing, exposing grout and drywall paper.
Corrective Action(s): Operator informed tile was removed in July when new dishwasher installed. Re-install wall tile or other durable, smooth, hard, and easy to clean material to prevent mould growth due to steam from high temperature dishwasher. Correct within one month.

*bleach spray bottle at well over 200ppm chlorine when tested with test strip - manager remade to 200ppm chlorine, dishwashing sign with bleach/water mixing ratios left on site
-bleach spray bottle labelled
-all hot holding units at 60C or higher
-high temperature dishwasher sanitizing at >71C at dish level
-premise clean
-coolers at 4C or less
-coolers equipped with thermometers - back cooler had one inaccurate thermometer in unit that was discarded at time of inspection, unit was already equipped with another accurate thermometer

-discussed possible additions to menu - contact EHO and submit an updated Food Safety Plan
