Corrective Action(s): Discard all ice inside the ice machine. Clean and sanitize the inside of the ice machine. Ensure cleaning of the ice machine is performed regularly to avoid accumulation of debris and mould. Date to be corrected by: Today

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer was not available. Operator prepared sanitizer at the beginning of the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure sanitizer is available at all times. Prepare sanitizer before starting food prep. This is a repeat violation. Further observations of this violation may result in enforcement action (issuance of an order and violation ticket).

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station in the kitchen was obstructed by frozen shrimp in the process of thawing.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the frozen shrimp from the hand washing station. Ensure hand washing stations are free from obstructions at all times.
