Comments

- The wired shelving for air drying is now installed above the three compartment sink. Drain plugs are available (domestic type). Hot and cold water is available. But the faucet are fixed. NOTE: It is not feasible to fill the three compartments for manual ware washing using fixed faucets. Install a faucet that can revolve in all the three compartments to fill water. Ensure that manual washing steps are followed to wash, rinse and sanitize, followed by air drying.
