- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- All handsinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap and single use paper towels in wall-mounted dispensers.
- All coolers - in back production area and front display < 4 deg C.
- All display freezers and storage freezers in back are less than -18 deg C.
- Facility prepares, kimchi, dumplings and various soups. All food items are cold stored or frozen.
- Fan hood clean.
- Ice-maker - clean. Scoop stored safely at the time of inspection.
Note: Front areas is using for packing and storage only.
- Food storage - organized.
- Surface sanitizer in spray bottle measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration at the time of inspection.
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 78.6 deg C during final rinse at dish level.
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection.
- Staff washroom - clean; supplied with liquid soap and paper towels; hot/cold running water.
