Hot foods were displayed at 60 degrees C or higher. Operator would like to display certain food items that are cooked to order (e.g. tandoori chicken and pakoras). Operator agreed that items on display will have a sign next to it indicating they are for display only. Displayed food shall not be served to customers.

Food and dirty utensils are no longer in the 2-compartment sink together.
Mouse droppings in upstairs storage area have been cleaned up. Make sure to clean up droppings on a daily basis to assist in rodent control.
Door knobs and handles on cabinets and cold holding units have been cleaned.
