- Hand sink at cook line has been repaired and is working properly. Hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels available for hand washing.
- Hand sink at the back has been properly affixed to a finished (painted) wood panel and has been properly sealed.
- Bleach sanitizer solution available at 100 ppm - 200 ppm in sanitizer pails for the front and back - good. Please ensure to change the solution in these buckets every 2-4 hours.
- Ice scoop was properly stored
- Unused deep fryer and wok stove have been removed from the kitchen
- Dry storage area satisfactory - items no longer being stored on the floor
- Most recent pest control report was available onsite for review - thank you.

**As discussed, please ensure more staff complete the FoodSafe level 1 course (or equivalent), and email copies of certificates to Ying.Tan3@fraserhealth.ca. At least one employee onsite must hold a valid FoodSafe certificate at all times. Operator has a valid FoodSafe certificate and was onsite at time of inspection.
