Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mildew noted on the condenser panel of the ice machine. Discard the ice product and have the unit properly washed and sanitized. Ensure unit is washed and sanitized frequently so that it is maintained in a sanitary condition.

Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted
Chlorine dishwasher achieved a final rinse concentration of 100ppm
Cooler units at 4C and equipped with thermometers.
Freezer units at -18C.
2 compartment available in the back kitchen and equipped with liquid soap and paper towels.
Hand washing station in front service area satisfactory.
100ppm chlorine sanitizer available in kitchen and front service area. Wiping rags were stored in sanitizing solution.
No pest activity noted.
Food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground.
Deli slicer was maintained in sanitary condition.
Operators have renewed their FOODSAFE Level 1 certification.
