Met with Patti and discussed the future reclassification of the facility from permitted to none permitted food facility ( FE-1 to F-other ) Low temp dishwasher not in service at the time of inspection. However, it has been serviced on Tuesday. Sep 20th. Chlorine test strips are available/ and residual is tested each time they use dishwasher Daily temp logs are also available/ extra copy of the daily logs including the hot holding and dishwashing chemical readings are enclosed with this inspection for your future reference )
