Routine inspection conducted:
-Handwash station adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures satisfactory. Soups on stove had internal temperature >60'C
NOTE: Cook has advised soups are prepared daily and left overs are discarded after each operation.
NOTE: Various ingredients kept in containers stored outside during lunch rush. Ensure to take small amount each time and refill each hour. Any potentially hazardous food stored in the danger zone (4'C-60'C) for more than 2 hours should be discarded.
->100ppm chlorine solution prepare in a bucket to hold wiping cloths and in use.
-Low temperature dishwasher achieved >50ppm chlorine at the plate level after final rinse.
-No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
-General food storage practice satisfactory.
-General maintenance and sanitation satisfactory at this time.

Recommendation: Facility has limited storage space in kitchen. Remove unnecessary items or items that do not get used often from the facility. Store few items each time and restock often.
