Observation: Wiping cloths were found sitting on front service counter area.
Corrective Action(s): Store all wiping cloths in designated sanitizer bucket containers. New procedure for storing wiping cloths has not been implemented in this location as of yet.

Observation: Back storage area and cooking area floors and dishwasher and 3-comp sink have food debris, grease and overall not very clean. Prep tables not wiped properly with cloth from sani bucket.
Corrective Action(s): Back area is very tight with equipment and overall layout does not have very much room to move around. However, general sanitation requires improvement. Floors, counterops and equipment should be maintained in sanitary condition. Prep tables must be properly sanitized with clean wiping cloths from the sanitizing bucket. Staff re-training may be required.

Observation: Flooring in the back storage area has worn down to the bare concrete.

Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer (bleach) measured 100 ppm.
Dishwasher had chlorine residual of 100 ppm on plate surface.
Walk-in cooler was 2-3 deg C.
Walk-in freezer was <-18 deg C.
Prep line coolers were at or below 4 deg C.
Hot holding for burger patties, grilled chicken, nuggets was >60 deg C.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
No signs of pests noted. Pest control in place. Report indicated no activities.
Staff washroom and public washrooms were in sanitary condition.
