PREempt CS20 solution no longer available onsite and pending delivery from supplier. Corrective Action(s): Advised operator that facials services using comedone extractor not allowed until new bottle of PREempt CS20 solution or equivalent is available onsite. Ensure all semi critical implements are disinfected by high level disinfection. Followup inspection required. Violation Score: 15

Reminder to fill container to fill line. Waxing/Threading: Threads single use. Wax sticks and strips single use. Facials: At time of inspection, no access to facial room. Staff with client. Manicure/pedicure: Back area provided with a utility sink with liquid soap and paper towels. All metal cuticle pushers, clippers, and nippers disinfected in a container of PREempt CS20 solution that was not discarded at the time of inspection by staff. Reminder this solution can be reused 14 days. Buffers, files, sanding blocks, etc single use. Foot bath disinfected with bleach after use. Other: Laundry services done onsite. Washroom hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Coffee served in single use cups.
