Comments

On Follow-up: Paper towel dispenser at the front handsink has been refilled and is working. Manager on duty today has registered for a Nov. 20th FS level 1 course in Surrey. Pan/tray used for marinating chicken has been washed and sanitized. Ensure that staff are doing the same after use and not keeping dirty pans in the walk-in cooler to be washed in the evening. Temperature log is on-site. All meats are undergoing a secondary cook step on the grill, not just chicken. Staff has been made aware. *report reviewed, not signed due to covid*
