Food store - coolers in store area and large walk in cooler are all at 4 C or colder - good. Freezers are at - 18 C or colder. ***Hand sink by ice machine - must be accessible so that staff can wash hands. Liquid soap and paper towels are provided at hand sink. Nitrile gloves are also available. Quats sanitizer is used at triple sink (produce area) - 200ppm measured. **Spray bottle is labelled "Produce" - add sanitizer to label. Premises well-organized.
