This inspection done by EHO student. Violation code 308 corrected. Comments: -Cooler #1 was noted at 0.8 deg. C. No foods stored. Operator will get a technician to take a look at the cooler #1 before using it. -Operator changed their cooling practice. Smaller cuts of meats were cooled in room temperature down to ~20 deg. C before transferred to the coolers.
