Banquet storage closet cleaned up. Continue to remove residual paint shavings. Recommend removing doors (done) and slide (rusted) to avoid further food debris build-up. New hot water tank installed and functioning well. This closet also much improved. ***Hot water tank has base water pan, but pan lacks drain. Presently water is at rim of pan (source unknown) and will overflow shortly. There should be no water build-up in pan. Confirm with building authority and confirm design is to applicable code. Water should be removed immediately nonetheless. No signs of fruit or drain flies at time of inspection.
