Observation: A gray water discharge pipe from the Drier & Washer combo machine is directly going in the one compartment of the 3-compartment sink; a bowl with cut green salad is stored in that compartment also at the time of inspection.
Note: Pictures are taken at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Remove the bowl with cut green salad from the compartment. Please, no food in this sink compartment till the issue is rectified.
The gray water pipe must be properly connected (to a sewer pipe).

General sanitation is good.
Walk in cooler at 4.0 C.
All foods covered and stored off the floor. Fans clean.
Under counter cooler at 2.5 C.
Drink/dip cooler at 3.2 C.
Freezer - satisfactory;
Quats sanitizer available in labelled spray bottles.
Kitchen spray sanitizer at 200 ppm.
Sink plugs available for 3 compartment sink.
Hand-wash station provided with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap (front & staff washroom), and single use paper towels.
Dry storage area organized and in sanitary condition.
Staff washroom sanitary. Hand sink provided with soap and paper towels.
No evidence of pest activity at time of inspection.
Permit posted during inspection (moved for renovation).
FOODSAFE: The staff on site claimed that FoodSafe Certificate is available (but cannot presented at the time of inspection).

Note: Prep.cooler at 11.1 C at the time of inspection. The telephone call has been conducted to the owner at the time of inspection. He claimed that the cooler is going through a defrost time (usually 2 times during the day).
Thermometer for the prep.cooler isn't available. The temperature log ends as May 25, 2018.
Ensure the thermometer is available for the prep. cooler as well as temperature log must be up today.

Note: The kitchen liquid soap dispenser is almost empty. Please refill it.(Note: Pictures is taken at the time of inspection.)
