All refrigerators were < 4 C.
Hot held items were > 60 C.
Dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine. Records available.
No evidence of pests. Pest control reports available on site.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
