Observation: Upright cooler in the kitchen lacks an accurate thermometer.
Corrective Action(s): Operator informed they have ordered a thermometer and it should arrived within a few ways. Ensure each refrigeration unit is equipped with an accurate thermometer to monitor food and refrigeration temperatures are at or below 4 degrees C.

Observation: Both operators do not hold valid FOODSAFE Level 1 course training.
Corrective Action(s): Operator informed they are planning to take a FOODSAFE level 1 course next month taught in Arabic. Ensure to renew your FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent course training; Correct within 1 month. Provide a copy of your FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent certificate to the Environmental Health Officer upon completing the FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent course.

Follow up inspection:
-Prep. cooler was at 4 degrees C (required: at or below 4 degrees C). Prep. cooler had been adjusted according to the Operator.
-Beverage cooler (containing a yogurt drink) was at 3 degrees C (required: at or below 4 degrees C). Thermostat of beverage cooler has been replaced according to the Operator.
-Operator revised the food safety plan and sanitation plan and provided a copy of it.
