Follow up inspection:
-The liquid soap dispensers were in good working order.
-Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
-The Manager mentioned that they are checking and recording the dishwasher final rinse temperature internally with a waterproof probe thermometer now rather than relying on the gauge which is not in good working order. The manager mentioned that she has discussed this change with her head office and will reflect the change in the final rinse temperature reading at the plate rather than the manifold on the records that she forwards to head office.
*Continue checking and documenting the dishwasher final rinse temperature with the waterproof probe thermometer on at least a daily basis and ensure that it remains at 71 degrees C or hotter internally at the plate.
