Sanitizers available at appropriate concentrations (bleach 100 ppm; quats 200 ppm).
-Ensure these sanitizers are used separately.
Dishwasher reached max. temperature of 75 deg C at plate surface.
Deep freezers were at -18 to -20 deg C.
Upright cooler was at 1-3 deg C.
Dry storage area was organized. All food items were covered and stored on shelves.
Kitchen was clean and no pests noted at time of inspection.
Staff was wearing clean uniform and hair net.
Dining area was in sanitary condition and no pets in the dining or kitchen area.
Garbage disposal area was free of debris.
Storage room down the hall: Freezer was below -18 deg C. All food items were protected from contamination.
Temperature logs were available and well maintained.
Fume hood serviced on a regular basis. Pest control in place.
