-All coolers = or <4C -All freezers = or <-18C -Operator stated that they have alarm system to monitor temperatures of coolers and freezers. -Quat sanitizer at dispenser at 200ppm, spray bottle in use -All handwashing station fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels -Food displayed in sanitary manner -Baby food spot checked, all checked are within expiry date **Hard to reach areas need some more cleaning. Under shelves and racks in the produce walk-in cooler and other walk-ins. Fans of walk-in cooler (deli and dairy) are dusty. Egg cooler under shelves by display door observed to have raw egg residue pooling. Same observation of dried milk residue by the milk display. Please clean all noted areas. -No other concerns noted. General sanitation is satisfactory. -No signs of pests observed.
