Generally well maintained and operated. Sanitation is excellent. Refrigeration temperatures measure < 4 C. Freezer temperatures measure < -18 C. Triple-sink sanitizer measures 200 ppm Q. Dishwasher final rinse temperature measured 80 C. The downstairs dishwasher is no longer in use. No recommendations.
