- Chlorine sanitizer available, 100ppm
- Walk in cooler was 4C or lower
- Walk in freezer was -18C or lower
- Domestic cooler/freezer was 4C/-18C respectively
- Under-counter cooler not in service, used to store non-potentially hazardous foods
- Building has pest control externally; nothing for inside facility. No evidence of pest activity during inspection.
