General sanitation of premises is satisfactory
Hot and cold running water was available
Liquid soap and paper towel was at handwashing sink was available
Bleach sanitizer (100ppm) was present in spray bottles for sanitizing counters and food contact surfaces
Cooler and freezer temperatures were acceptable:
-Upstairs fridge/freezer 2 C/-14 C
-Downstairs fridge/freezer 1 C/-12 C
-Downstairs chest freezer -14 C
-Downstairs upright freezer -12 C
Thermometers were present for monitoring fridge and freezer temperatures
Dry storage room is well organized with food stored on shelving. Floor is kept clear.
No signs of pest activity noted at the time of the inspection.
