Observation: Floor and/or grout work in back area of premises, including storage racks area observed pitted damaged dirty and/or difficult to clean. Also, the baseboards at or aound dish pit deteriorated. Pictures taken.
Corrective Action(s): Develop long-term action plan to noted area to make needed improvements to floor as discussed.

Comments

Renovation to dining room and selected areas of kitchen including beverage station (reconfiguration) and ceiling. Dining area construction incomplete at time of inspection, but kitchen and drive thru substantially completed. Construction barrier in place between kitchen and dining/cash counter. Dining room closed until November 19 to complete construction. Barrier to remain in place until construction completed and material/equipment removed. Send pics of completed dining room area.

Temperature controls OK.
handwash stations ok and stocked.
Note: Paper towel dispenser in employee washroom to be moved to higher position or install barrier at sink basin.
Note: Quats in spray bottles and at main dispenser feed measured 150 ppm. Improved to 200 ppm with system prime/flush.
**Make sure standard practices for staff include a 30 second to 1 minute prime. Also recommend have technician re-visit and increase concentration coming from dispenser feed.
Note: Make sure to clean up the hosing around the dish pit and make part of daily cleaning routine to avoid noted dirt build-up.
