Routine inspection conducted. The following was observed: Water from municipal system is filtered by reverse osmosis and undergoes ozonation prior to dispensation High-temperature rotating bottle washer dispenses water at approximately 71C (final rinse cycle) Temperature-sensitive bottles are sanitized with BioMax product, which results in a final chlorine residual of 50 ppm when used according to the manufacturer's directions Air gap present between water bottles and water dispensers in self-serve stations Used bottle gaps are recycled after use, new ones are pre-packaged and sealed inside boxes No evidence of recent, visible pest activity present at time of inspection Follow-up inspection to occur regarding hand wash sinks.
