Introduction
An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted on May 10, 2023 to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All care categories were reviewed for compliance.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments
At the inspection dated May 10, 2023 there were 44 children and 11 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of this Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment was completed and a copy was provided.
Licensing conducted a walk-through of the entire facility.
Valid CRC's were available and reviewed.
The following discussions were had with the Manager:

· Changes to the outdoor play space
· Physical Facility & Policies
