Under and on top of large equipment in front serving areas including pop corn machines ,slushie machines and outside of large coolers 4. Inside drawers and cupboards Corrective Action(s): The above noted items needs special attention and must be cleaned thoroughly as discussed during this inspection with manager onsite. Comments

Handwashing stations are fully equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Walk-in cooler at 4c and equipped with thermometer. Walk-in freezer at -20c. Hot holding unit for popcorn at >60c. Quat sanitizer at 200ppm concentration. 3 compartment sink is being used for cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and for warewashing. Quat sanitizer is available at 200ppm concentration. Ice machine in back area is in clean and sanitary condition. Display cases for candy are in sanitary condition. Sushlie machines are in sanitary condition. Sanitation procedures and temperature logs are available. Pest control is in place. No pest activity noted during inspection.
