Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers (e.g., walk in cooler, up right cooler, etc.) measured at 4C or below.
All freezers (e.g., walk in freezer, chest freezer, etc.) measured at -18C or below.
Hot holding (e.g., rice) measured at 60C or higher.
Low temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 100 ppm chlorine at the plate level.
Routine pest control in place. Observed dead flies on sticky traps throughout the facility. No live pests observed at this time. Retain a copy of pest control report for review.
Ice machine not in use.
