- Freezers at -15 to -18 degrees C
- Food is protected from potential contamination
- Non-latex gloves available
- Canned foods checked for damage--cans checked were in good condition
- Hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
- Quats sanitizer available in labeled spray bottle at 200 ppm. Note: Supply of ready-to-use sanitizer solution in labeled bottles (unopened) available.
- High temperature dishwasher measured 72 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse (minimum requirement: 71 degrees C at the utensil surface)
- Probe thermometer available on site
- Equipment / utensils including ice machine / scoops in sanitary condition
- General sanitation good.
- No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
- Temperature logs available on site. Temperatures recorded daily.
- Permit posted at front
