Main Kitchen:
- 2 door reach in cooler at 3.8 C;
- Walk in cooler at 2.0 C. Food is covered and stored safely.
- Walk in freezer at -19.6 degrees C;
- Chest freezer - satisfactory (plastic cover on the lid is partially broken & missing/it's not easy to clean and sanitize as well as debris from the lid can be introduced into food);
- Ice machine in sanitary condition. Scoop stored safely.
- Dry storage in sanitary condition. Audited nutritional supplements within expiry dates.

General:
- Handwashing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Sanitizer available in labelled spray bottles at 200 ppm Quats.
- No evidence of pest activity at time of inspection.
