Correction: Chlorine sanitizer strength must be at least 100 ppm. Ensure testing of strength using chlorine test strips.
Operator uses Kay-5 Sanitizer tablets to make solutions.

Observation: Mouse droppings noted under bottom shelf in corner storage area (upstairs), in areas in the hot water tank room, and in area near the walkin freezer next to the drain. 1-2 droppings noted in the upstairs area(in corners and in hard to reach areas).
Correction: Remove droppings. Clean and sanitize noted areas with a dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine). Ensure monitoring of pest activity and clean/sanitize as necessary.
