Comments

Walk in cooler is now repaired and operational. Temperature tested between 2.9C to 3.7C throughout cooler.
Temperature thermometers on compressor unit indicates 3.7C at the time of testing.
Walk in cooler is now approved to be used.

Fume hood maintenance taking place. Cooking is not permitted until follow up inspection to verify it is in good working order.
Final touches of finishes throughout the facility still need to be completed. These outstanding infractions must be completed this week.
