Corrections Still Outstanding: - Lighting replacement in oven area has been purchased but not yet installed. Install lighting by Dec 22, 2023 and provide photos of new lighting in place once it is complete ­ Sink still leaking hot water from tap. Have tap repaired by Dec 22, 2023 and provide copy of receipt of repair to undersigned EHO - Some equipment requires a deep clean still as there are parts with flour settled or caked on. Remove all food debris to further discourage pests. Corrections Noted From Last Inspection: √ Deep cleaning has been done of premise √ Dry storage rack now in place for spice mixing area, freeing up space for weighing/blending of spices √ Hand washing station in production area easily accessible √ Hand made tools that were difficult to clean have been remove from use
