- Refrigeration temperatures are ≤4o Celsius
- Freezer temperatures are ≤-18o Celsius
- High-temp dishwasher had not fully-warmed-up at time of inspection. Provided thermo-labels to operator to self-check that the dishwasher is reaching/exceeding the required rinse temperature of 71 Celsius or higher. If the dishwasher does not reach 71C, contact your repair technician to assess and repair the machine.
