Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There was no surface sanitizer at the time of the inspection. Multipurpose cleaner is not a substitute for surface sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): The operator prepared bleach solution at 100 ppm chlorine solution. Ensure to have surface sanitizer at 100 ppm chlorine available at times to properly clean and sanitizer food contact surfaces.
