Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher overstocked with dishes.
Corrective Action(s): Do not over fill the dish rack in the low temperature dishwasher. All surfaces must be washed and sanitized and a overfilled dish rack prevents this from happening. Remove overfilled dishes and rerun dish rack through dishwasher. Date to be corrected: today
