-Most issues are addressed , the following are outstanding-violation ticket is on hold: - Deep cleaning is still required ( entire wall, floor including under/behind all equipment, sinks,under sink) -Back door- install a weather stripping to prevent pest entry- put more sticky traps, snap traps -Send a copy of contract with pest control - minimum once per week visit -Send a copy of invoice re: cut meat, grind meat -Grease trap is due for service- service it and send a report Closure order is lifted subject to correction of the above.
