Routine Inspection
- Hand washing stations fully equipped with soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. Front area missing paper towels supplied at the time of inspection.
- Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius
- Freezers maintained at or below -18 degrees Celsius
- Hot holding maintained above 60 degrees Celsius
- Temperature logs maintained. Logs used to verify unit temperatures
- Food tracking system with time stamps in place.
- Low temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 100 ppm chlorine. Sanitizer container changed during the inspection. Keep an eye on the sanitizer level.
- QUAT sanitizer at 200 ppm.
- No indication of pest activity at the time of inspection. Pest control in place.
