Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - CN7SX6: Bleach sanitizer made to 100-200ppm. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use. Better organization in the walk in cooler. All food stored off the floor. Reminder to store raw shell eggs below ready to eat foods/vegetables. Thorough cleaning completed in/around/behind cooking equipment.
